Welcome to " Full of Grace Center For Youth"
We provide mentoring, training, prevention and intervention support
to at-risk youth and young adults in the City of Philadelphia. Our goal is to provide a safe haven for youth without the feeling or threat of violence implementing conflict resolution in order to be productive in their communities. Our program is designed to stimulate healthy lifestyles in urban youth male and females ages 16-19 by providing positive role models and building hope in young people. The highlights of our services are that we prepare youth for real-life situations and events. This allows each individual to talk about circumstances and learn to produce positive solutions with the help of wise counsel.
