 Set Priorities

 

Help youth set and achieve realistic goals

Help youth to see how education and employment is valuable

Financial Management

Maintain Healthy Life Skills & Social Skills:

 

We teach youth to develop a variety of skills that will be helpful throughout their lives

 

Professionals will educate our youth on acheiving their goals through a highly organized curriculum and ongoing guidance process in which the youth are intricately involved ,i.e., physical health, financial management, job skills, and communication

 

 Academic Readiness:

 

 We encourage and motivate youth to be committed in school  by providing tutoring in math, reading, and writing

 

Youth explore what they like to do, by facilitating individual and/or group meeting for them to talk with peers and adults in a variety of professions to determine what they like and dislike about their jobs and what kind of  education is needed for each kind of job

 

Assist youth with completing all necessary financial aid forms, especially the Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( FAFSA)

 

Computer Training

 

Youth will learn basic computer knowledge

Youth will learn popular programs used in today's world's

 

 

 Workshops: Professional  Consultants along with material:

 

Positive self-esteem, cultural diversity,

abstinence, teen preganacy, non-violence, anger management, substance abuse, alcohol, and a strong emphasis on motivation

 

Leadership Development:
        

We educate youth on how to avoid peers with negative behaviors

 

Community Service Projects

 

Youth will participate in city clean up

 

Encourage youth to volunteer their skills

 

 
Recreational Actvities:
 

Baketball  & Baseball Leagues , Tennis Clinics, etc.

 

Board games, chess,checkers, monopoly, etc.

 

 

Bible Devotions:
 
Provide daily bible devotions to youth
 
Encourage youth to attend and become involved in their neighborhood church
